The Arab Planning Institute has organization the training program “Skills for Identifying Training Needs and career Planning”, for the benefit of “The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates” in Oman during the period 9/10/2016-11/10/2016. With the attendance of 31 trainees for different Omani public authorities.
The program aimed at providing the participants with the necessary skills to identify training needs within their departments and being able to further plan career paths and strategies accordingly. Furthermore, the program aimed at establishing the foundations of career development on both individual and organizational levels in and their effect on raising the capacity of public employees
